wEvolve team of Associates is led by Trudy Tanner

Trudy spent her time operationally, tactically and strategically working in SME's, and for the likes of Standard Bank and Unilever, both locally and globally, for 20 years before heading back into the entrepreneurial world 11 years ago as the founder of wEvolve and the owner of PsyGro.

Trudy is passionate about engaging and empowering consultants and leaders with tools and insights to power their people and their business performance through leadership and engagement. She holds Masters' degrees from Stellenbosch University and the University of South Africa in organizational psychology and leadership.

Trudy enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, reading, running on the beach with her dogs, as well as surfing, soaking up the wonder of nature and spending a bit of creative time dabbling in photography and on the guitar.
